Method for improving machining precision

Number of visits: Date:Jun 11,2020
In mechanical processing, errors will inevitably occur. If you want to ensure work efficiency, reduce material waste, and reduce labor, you should ensure and improve processing accuracy. So, what are the ways to improve machining accuracy?
Original error reduction method: If errors are found during production, the main factors that affect the processing error should be found first, and then find a way to eliminate or reduce these factors. For example, when processing a part with a shape, it mainly reduces the shape error of the forming tool and the installation error of the tool.
Original error compensation method: artificially create a new error to offset the original error in the process system, when the original error is negative, the artificial error takes a positive value, otherwise, take a negative value, and try to make the two sizes equal.
Original error transfer method: Under certain conditions, the original error of the process system can be transferred to the non-sensitive direction of the processing error or other aspects that do not affect the processing accuracy. For example: when the precision of the machine tool can not meet the requirements of parts processing, you can find a way from the process or fixture to create conditions to transfer the geometric error of the machine tool to the aspect that does not affect the processing accuracy.
Original error equalization method: If the positioning error is large, you can adopt the method of differentiating some original errors. That is, the original errors are divided into n groups according to their size, and the error range of each group of blanks is reduced to 1/n of the original, and then the processing is adjusted separately according to each group.
Original error homogenization method: For parts with high processing accuracy requirements, the homogenization method can be used. It is to use closely related surfaces to compare with each other, find differences from the comparison, and then perform mutual correction or mutual reference processing, so that the error of the workpiece surface is continuously reduced and uniform.
In machining processing, machining accuracy errors are inevitable. Only by detailed analysis of the factors that affect the errors can corresponding preventive measures be taken to reduce machining errors and improve machining efficiency.
